Eating healthy coincides with eating well. In India we have many traditions, many ways of cooking and eating. From independence to now, our lifestyle has changed drastically at the same time a huge middle-class has formed. Due to changing lifestyle we have modified our eating pattern and amount we eat.

In earlier times people were doing more manual labor. They were working in fields, going around walking, housework was also strenuous but now with changing lifestyle we have reduced all of exertion from our life. A typical working person now a days never walks even a thousand steps in a day using their motorcycles or cars to roam around.

Our eating habits needs to match our current lifestyles. We can not be living without exercise and eating very heavy meals all times. Eat Well India will try to show ways to eat well and healthy and make our life better.
